Did you mean that even I played the DTS HD MA for example, with my Sony BDP S370 with audio through HDMI sets to PCM I/O Auto (that caused my Denon AVR 1610 detect the audio signal is Multi Channel In I/O DTS HD MA & the HD signal lamp turns off I/O on) the sound/audio is quite the same ?

Awesome review for Kung Fu Hustle - I love that movie! I agree about your comment that the mix of action, comedy and drama is just right.

Reviewing movies especially a landmark film like this one which focuses on a very small social-economic-ethnic-cultural group during a precise time in history is not an easy task. SNF is more than just a study of such a group in a time and place but ultimately speaks to a much larger human condition one of aspiration and leaving the tribe as an attempt to grow and become something new. The comments about Travolta's characters "leisure suits" is inaccurate. His suit style is more inspired from late 40's early 50's dance musical. The leisure suit was only worn in the late to mid 70's by middle-aged men trying to look young and hip. The leisure suit's origins comes from the late 60's futurist fashions. There was a big interest in uni-sex clothing in the 60's and by the time the mid-70's came along the Yves St Laurent suit had gone mainstream and yes produced in polyester.
