[ CONTINUED. that 1,000 character limit is a real communications inhibitor. ]

are a handful of examples. I wasn't scrubbing the entire review for errors or typos... these are just a sampling that smacked me upside the head, with enough frequency to finally motivate me to look you up to comment on them.

In the scheme of things, these are no big deal. However, you definitely have an impressive mastery of the language, so when one of these pops up, it's more jarring to the flow than it might otherwise be.

I just wanted to pass that mild criticism along. Keep up the good work.

    Best regards,

    - Mark

    Greetings, Mr. Liebman.

I'm a long-time reader of your reviews, and have found them very helpful.

One thing that has bothered me a bit over the years though is that your proof-reader seems to let a fair number of mistakes slip through. Usually only 1 or 2 in each review, but in reading over Solo: A Star Wars Story, I immediately ran into more than usual (on the 4K version):

    - "The mud pit scene transitions the mud _form_ a light gray to a very dark..." (from)

    - "this UHD is the better bet overall if for no other reason _that_ some more stable clarity..." (than)

    - "Some _?_ the film's more intense action scenes..." (of)

    - "It's also worth _nothing_ that little of this matters..." (noting)

    - "...a little too intermixed with surrounding details in the most _pitch_ action scenes..." (pitched)

    - "maybe the release date proximity to The Last Jedi (not to mention the _sharp_ _divide_ responses to that movie)..." (sharply divided)

    [ to be continued... ]

    Hi Martin,

My name is Matt Frame, director of 'Camp Death III in 2D!'

Enjoyed your Friday the 13th Part III blu ray review and thought my film might be up your alley.

    It's a comedy/horror parody of 'Friday the 13th Part III 3D.'

We just completed the film and are about to launch our festival run.

We'd be honored if you would consider watching the first 5 minutes of the film and/or the trailer.

If you dig what you see then feel free to watch further.

Let me know if I can send you a password for our online screener.

    Many thanks!

    Hi Martin,

Was going through your Bean review and thought it might be worth mentioning that while this release doesn't have any special features whatsoever, the 2010 one (available everywhere except the US but region free) actually does have a couple (deleted scenes and preview of the sequel).

Hi Martin. In the end of your The Incredibles 4K Best-Buy Exclusive Steelbook review, you misspelled Atmos with Atoms, I mean, what is Atoms audio, anyway?

No problem sir! Yeah I went on and checked the specs and also viewed the BTS materials on the Blu-ray to double check and I only saw the digital cameras on the underwater set, and the rest were film shots.

I noticed on your review of MI- Rogue Nation, that you stated this was digitally shot. It wasn't save for the one sequence where he is in the water doing a 5 minute breath hold. The rest was shot on 35mm.

Hello! I saw that you reviewed Get Out's HDR UHD release, and was wondering if, to your eyes, did skintones by any chance look redder or ruddier than the SDR Blu-ray version's? I'm asking cuz I'm currently in the process of calibrating my HDR picture settings and whenever I seem to get saturation to a level that seems to match that of SDR presentations (for whatever reason on my TV, HDR's default settings are pretty desaturated) the skintones in Get Out look, while not necessarily bad, definitely redder and occasionally a little bit uneven, so I was just asking so I could maybe suss out what's the disc and what's my settings.
