Was interested in some slipcovers. Wondering if you can give me some information about costs and what not.

I woulkd like an order of custom slipcovers made for the recent Bloodshot 4K I will provide the cover art for it. These will then be sent out to members of the production team and the Director as a thank you. I will be getting the art for it tomorrow from the producer of the film so I would like the max 16 that you are doing for the order.

I'm looking to purchase several slipcovers. Had a few questions:
1-How much per bluray slipcover?
2-What's the slipcover paper quality?
3-I could just email you the pictures and you put together the cover or do I straight up put together everything and simply email you the final work ready to be printed?
4-Do you ship them already glued or do I have to glue them?
5-What would the payment method be?
