So I've had Darbeevision hooked up for one week now. I have connect to my Marrantz SR7009 through the HDMI out.

It's incredible! I am floored at how good it looks. I thought it would be too much with the Epson Super Resolution but together it's amazing. I keep my super resolution at 2 and Darbee at 50% for all content, Bluray, Netflix, Cable and gaming. I installed it then recalibrate with Calman 5 and my Xrite meter. It actually gives my a slightly better gamma of 2.36, deeper blacks with more shadow detail and brighter whites. It's also didn't effect greyscale. Clarity is stunning and the depth is amazing. It makes objects in the background more pronounced and more focused resulting in more depth and realism. Star Wars Force Awakens blew me away. I turned it off for fun for a few minutes watching Payback and it looked like there was Vaseline on my lens, I turned it back on and was blown away.

I can't watch anything without this device. I highly recommend it with the Espon 5030.

I ordered Darbeevision. Should be in this week! Perfect timing for Star Wars!

Nice! Today I'm going to watch Creed. I'm in a 80's mood myself. I have Invasion USA, Missing In Action 3 and Breaker Breaker preordered for this month. Too bad Star Wars The Force Awakens isn't being released in 3D.

Do you use your Panny for TV and 5030 for movies?

I wish it was supported but the studios have no intention in adding it unfortunately. There is no specification for it, the studios already confirmed. Most consumers don't care for it. When I had my 55 Panny ST I was underwhelmed, but when I saw 3D on my 110 inch screen I was floored. My problem with 4K is almost nothing is shot in 4K, it's all 2k, the studios just throw the word 4K out, it's actually 2k. HDR is exciting but only for new films that are filmed with it, again only a few titles. I'm an older movie fan, I don't care to see Goodfellas altered with HDR because it want filmed in it.

The Oppo is amazing. It's ruined me for other Blu-Ray players. When I bought my 103 I paid $50 for the universal adaptor, you will love it! Don't have to wait for movies to be released here in North America. I have a lot of discs from Germany, UK and Australia. Not sure if you're an Arnold fan but the UK's transfer of Raw Deal is incredible.

Yup! Mine is a newer model so I def have it. I watched a few movies on setting 3 but noticed a little halo on some movies, especially Mad Max Fury Road, turned down to 2 and it's perfect. I think the best thing I have watched yet for picture quality is True Grit remake. I felt like I was watching film.

I haven't watched any 3D movies yet, I wanted to test 2D to really get a sense of the picture. Normally I calibrate a display several times before its right but the this baby only took 1 attempt. I have pretty much all the 3D movies I would want on BD. I'm thinking the first should be Avatar, then Pacific Rim, then Titanic. What do you recommend?

I'm really off 4K. I don't a lot on my Oppo 103, my Marrantz is top of the line and the well the Epson is best in class. I'm sticking with this gear for at least 6-8 years. The upgrade to Dolby Atmos is incredible!

It really is incredible. I will have this projector for many years. I almost held out for 4K but I thought about it and Blu-Ray is the last physical format for me almost 900 blurays I won't rebut them. I got a really good deal on the projector and paid less than half price on my Marrantz. I've spent so much time and money converting my basement into my theatre that it's time to relax and enjoy. I finally have my dream theatre and from the pics I've seen of yours you do too!

I've also looked at buying the Darbee Video Processor. I've read really good reviews and a few owner says it works great with the Epson but to me with Super Resolution at 2 the image is razor sharp.

I thought about adding more seats but I rarely have more than a few people over.

I really need another sub. The 2 I have are great but I'm looking at another 12" Paradigm. I'll wait for Black Friday. Everything I watch on this projector is stellar. Even lower quality BD's look so much better. I watched Dark Angel last night and the blacks blow me away. I rewatched Mad Max Fury Road the other day and my jaw dropped multiple times. It truly is the best picture I have layed eyes on. I turned Super Reslition down from 3 to 2 and found it perfect for Blu-rays. Extremely sharp but no artifacts. Same for video games.
