I've debating on whether to get amps or do some acoustic treatments first. It might be that I just wait until I move to a bigger place. Waiting is just always hard with this hobby since you always want to be upgrading something

Hi. I want to further my hd experience w/ my ps3 . I have a new slim 160gb and my tv has 4 hdmi inputs. Do you guys have cheap recommendations for a 5.1 home theater system that has dolby truehd. Dolby TrueHd is the best audio for 5.1 on the ps3 correct?
