It may have been because I was "bullying" JLF in the RS thread...but I don't think mavsfan or mazerunner got suspended and they were at least as "bullying" as me, so I don't think that's why.

My best guess is in the Oscars topic I used a term (very censored) that could be construed as homophobic. Not against a person even, but just to give a sense of hyperbole.
