When there are alternate spellings for a person's name, we usually use IMDb's spelling as our main spelling. And then add alternative spellings in a hidden field so they are searchable. This helps to prevent duplicate entries since everyone is using the same primary source.

I'm not familiar with Russian so I cannot tell if "Mayya" is an alternate spelling or an error. As such, I've been following the same format we always use with alternate spellings.

However, if the IMDb spellings are errors, I would be happy to fix our entries so they are correct. I have fixed Maya's entry. Feel free to PM me if you come across any others.

In the future, if you add a note in the comments that IMDb's page has a misspelling it would be helpful. Not only for staff but for other members that may come across the entry later on and not realize that the IMDb name is incorrect.
