Batman Begins isn't a BD-Live title. The "in movie experience" is a BonusView feature (PiP) not a Bd-Live (internet) one.
That aside, what do you mean by not working? Does it do anything when you try to play the BonusView track? Does it lock up, give you an error message, or just play the movie without the secondary video track?
