It might feature certain elements of Conjuring, and also "We need to talk about Kevin".
Doesn't actually add up, as The Babadook is by far not as cheap scare and in your face, IMO.
Also the initial short which TB was made of is from 2005. So maybe Wan ripped off a bit, if anything.
TB is subtle, smart and truly horrifying, on various levels IMO. Couldn't see that in Conjuring, neither in WNTTAK
