I agree with most of what others have said concerning extras. I especially like commentaries by either the director and/or screenwriter, or by scholars.
I will say, though, that the completely off the wall commentaries by various people involved can be pretty damned entertaining. The commentary on the
Resident Evil disc is a perfect example.
