Sacred stats on offense have really gone down the crapper for both sports. In MLB roids in the 90's-00's made a lot of offensive stats irrelevant. In the NFL offensive numbers are ridiculously inflated due to rule changes making QB's and WR's a protected class. People in the HOF from decades ago like Terry Bradshaw for example put up numbers that would translate to average to mediocre by today's QB standards. Use to be a 90 QB rating was amazing, now it's average.
