You're also gambling on Disney with Pretty Woman... and as far as I know, Disney hasn't been willing to pay for any 4k restorations unless it is an actual Walt Disney Pictures film. Touchstone/Hollywood/Caravan have not been given the same love as the WDP properties.
Matter of fact, Disney did license quite a bit of the Touchstone/Hollywood/Caravan properties to Mill Creek.
My advice is to just buy what you love. If a better version comes along, decide if the difference is worth the repurchase. I still have the old 70th anniversary Casablanca because I just can't justify paying another $8 to $14. And I only rebought Ghostbusters because the limited edition Slimer figure set was mispriced at TCM Shop. I kind of wish I didn't pull the trigger on that as I have yet to watch the newly remastered 4k film or its sequel.
