PQ - U.S version is reported to look a tad sharper than the Import but the film artefacts are reported to be noticeable on the same timestamps.

SQ - Weak Dolby True HD track on the U.S version in comparison to the LPCM track featured on the Import. Surround channels are reported to sound a bit better on the U.S version though the LPCM mix seems to sound marginally better.

Extras - No contest. U.S version wins hands down in this department.

I already own the Import and the U.S copy is on it's way.
