need help with samsung firmware update <samsung costumer service no help>
went to samsung.com downloaded the firmware
unzipped it then unzipped it again
then went to nero burned it as a data file burned it <data file failed>
when i put it into the samsung player it comes up only under as a music flie what am i doing wrong
samsung has no clue what to do i'm getting mad and at least i can use my ps3
