And that was my exact reaction to the first teaser; I thought I couldn't get this excited for anything anymore, but it proved me wrong, and how. Other sequels, Jurassic World in particular comes to mind, should watch and learn. THIS is how you do a trailer for a new installment in a beloved franchise.

I liked the first teaser just fine but it didn't evoke anywhere near as much emotion as the trailer just did. In fact, the teaser didn't really evoke much emotion at all. Seeing the Falcon again was cool, the X-Wings were cool, the stormtroopers were cool but but none of them were 'holy ****' cool.
Just about everything in the trailer is 'holy ****' cool.
Even the trench run. That should have had my eyes rolling to back of my head but it was totally freaking awesome
