I just found out I'm having all 4 pulled on Thursday. I'm dreading it like the plague. Been avoiding it my entire life. Now, I saw the oral surgeon (who was as nice as could be) and told me that, on a scale of 1-10, this was a 1 - as easy as it could get.

Of course, i have my sister texting me "You have no idea what kind of pain you will be in. Not an easy thing. They punctured my sinus cavity when I had mine!"
