I had a look at the US Friends thread, an Australian member was having issues with their set, it seemed there was sync issues with the first 5 seasons and Warner Bros. thought there might have been a mastering issue, he didn't post their response and that was 3 years ago.
Our Warner Bros. are decent at responding, but when you email them make sure you've tried all the things you can with playback options otherwise they might just say it's your equipment.
