I paid less than $36 (shipping included) for The Third Man 4-disc Collector's Edition, which also includes the soundtrack on CD (a huge selling point for me personally). The set also includes artcards, a booklet and poster, and it wasn't that much higher in price than just the single-disc blu-ray.
I'm not familiar with the other two titles you had in your basket, but my eyebrow lifted at the mention of The Tarnished Angels ... a great film that needs to see a little love here in North America.

Cool!
I've had an all region player since earlier this year and have exercised great restraint by only importing one box set (A. Eye's Truffaut collection.) The only other region B title I have is
Mouchette. On occasion, you can get some of the UK titles through 3rd party sellers on Amazon or through eBay for a reasonable price. Unless I can get it for a very good price or unless my expectations are that it won't get a U.S. release any time soon, I'm content to wait for domestic releases.
Sounds like you did well, though.
