I've actually just recently been going back to pick up the remaining Rykodisc CD releases of Bowie's catalog because I think those releases sound the best out of all the digital reissues.

Much appreciated! I used to own a lot of the Rykodisc editions of Bowie's albums until they were stolen. Nowadays, I mostly roll with the EMI editions. I have, however, pre-ordered Bowie's upcoming box set, Five Years 1969-1973, which has remastered versions of his albums from that era, and which is the first of other career-spanning sets. The 40th Anniversay remaster of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars sounds great, and this box set reportedly has the other early albums treated the same way.
