I am looking into buying a new receiver, but am confused at what to look for. I am on a budget of $450 or less. I read the thread about the top 5 receivers from $250-$400 and still just dont get it. I have a Xbox 360, PS3, and a Up convert DVD player all hooked up with HDMI. I also have a cable box and a Wii hooked up with the Red, Green, Blue cords(forget the name). What is the difference in a receiver that has "passthrough" and one that has "switching"? I am looking at the Onkyo 606, but is there something better for the price like the yokahama 663?
