Being that it was (and still is) my favorite dinosaur when I was younger, trust me, I feel your pain. It makes no sense that they keep shafting the Dilo; it is the ONLY dinosaur from the first film that they haven't used in any of the other sequels, and that burns me deeply. Granted, I did like JW a great deal, but what baffles me about the film is how it would go out of it's way to tiptoe around an actual, live appearance of a Dilo; in addition to the hologram, you also had Jimmy Fallon mention Dilophosaurus venom in the gyrosphere video. So it is obviously a presence in the park, but for some reason, Trevorrow and the filmmakers never throw the fans a bone in that regard. They obviously approached this story with enough nostalgia for the first film that you think it'd be a no-brainer for them to include a dinosaur never once used outside of said first film into JW.

Why do that when they can come up with A KEWL NEW DINOSAWR?
