that is why i will never give my money to them anymore. When i bought my TV from them it took 2 hours to price match it. I was price matching it with another store that closed at 6pm and went to BB at 7. They told me the other store had refurbished units(false) for that price. I asked them how they talked to the other store since they were
closed.... Um...thats what my manager said. then later that week BB advertised my TV for the lowered price. I went back in for the price match guarantee and they had to mail it to me in the form of a check. It took 1.5 months till i saw the check. To this day i haven't spent $.01 at that store. They will tell you anything about any product to get your money. I had one guy tell me the PS3 would bitstream HD audio and the 40gb would play PS2 games. I called him on his BS and he just walked away. We should start a "boycott Bestbuy thread" and have everyone tell their horror stories so everyone knows to shop elsewhere. Then we can sit back and watch the giant corp crumble and have the Gov bail them out.
