I've been looking to see if this is on Bluray?

Also, is there any DVD even that has the Widescreen version of this with the 204 minute directors cut and the surround sound (70mm 6track)?

This appears to be an excellent movie by all accounts so a little shocked this is hard to find in a proper format.
