If i had any issues with my 9G elite i would definitely rather spend money to fix it over buying any of these 4K LCD's. OLED's premium price is not worth the PQ difference over the kuro at the moment. Which it doesn't do exactly everything better anyway.
Seems like LG's new series so far has drastically improved most of the prior complaints. Not 100% but to the point where it doesn't bother the vast majority of previous Kuro owners any more. By far most of the people so far who upgraded from 9G Kuro's on to the G6 and E6 are saying they are glad they are glad they did.

Plus OLED right now really isn't any more expensive than the 9G Kuro's were when they were new, in fact it's likely that the 55 inch B6 will be cheaper than any of the 9g Kuro's were new at the time.
