Arrow Academy is the 'prestige' line from Arrow Video, for films that are a bit more 'arthouse' than 'cult'.
I've not seen it but I'd imagine The Hired Hand is more of a revisionist American western, whilst the films you mention are Spaghetti or Euro Westerns (i.e. made in Europe - usually Spain/Italy - with generally European casts, and in Italian/French usually dubbed over in English).
