A few screenshot samples. Note that both films fit on a BD25. I guess there was no gain in quality going BD50 since both films don't have much details and are relatively short. Both films seem sourced from projection prints which could explain the lack of details, the faded colors as well as the texture. The texture is not that great not because it's been messed up digitally or because of the encoding but rather since they're probably sourced from projection prints where you end up with 4 layers of grain. The Silence of the Tomb feels overexposed and washed out and The Sinister Eyes of Dr. Orloff feels underexposed and the colors could be more consistent from scene to scene as can be seen in the last 4 screenshots down below in the The Sinister Eyes of Dr. Orloff section.
