I don't have a recommendation since I've never actually seen it, but there is a Chinese film with English subtitles called Zhong Kui: Snow Girl and the Dark Crystal. It's available from YesAsia for 30 dollars.

The only non-cartoon 3-D movie I could find that starts with a Q is a Hong Kong film called Qian dao wan li zhu (1977). The English title for the film is Dynasty. However, the film is not available on 3-D Blu-Ray.
