Dark City has probably my favorite trailer of all time.
Godzilla 98 had an awesome trailer campaign, especially the teasers which were true teasers and contained footage not in the actual movie. I especially like the first one that played before The Lost World and had Godzilla's foot smash through the roof the Museum of Natural History squashing the T-Rex skeleton.
Loved The Two Towers trailer as well as 300. Great use of music in both.
Oh forgot the Transformers trailers. I watched those so many times last year.
