My 52XBR2 is a great set. It's in the bedroom and when I am watching it, I am always impressed with the picture. That is until I go downstairs and watch movies on my 55XBR8.
If you can imagine an LCD where the blacks match the bezel. Worth the price? That is only in the eye and wallet of the beholder.
