There are no dedicated US LCD flat screens that support both native PAL and true 1080P/24 refresh rates. If you notice it is only dedicated monitors only that support PAL/SECAM without tuners. All Front Projectors have no tuners or speakers alone with the new 2008 Pioneer monitors also have no tuners or speakers. One also needs an external cable box or satellite receiver, and a surround system with the mentioned displays. Having a DVD player convert PAL to NTSC is the cheapest way to go but of course native PAL would look better then NTSC.
