i think it's logical to say they wouldn't be remastering it to release a "worse" version, so they're certainly intending it to be "better".
whether or not it actually is
better will have to be judged by the final product, but my money would be on 'yes', it most likely will be if your standard is PQ. hopefully they'll also include all previous extras and maybe add some too.
