Yes, I've seen enabling NR do ugly things to regular SDR BD content and keep it disabled there but with HDR10 UHD it seems to work well, no smoothing from the various tinkering I did with it over on my end. I'll leave it there to avoid going off topic too much but I can go into a lot more detail if you want.

Yes with sdr bd on my end on the oled I wouldn't set contrast any higher than 85 but for hdr10 uhd from what I've seen 96-100 is optimal.
EDIT: Quick note for when disabling dynamic contrast during hdr10 playback I'd raise OLED Light up to 85 and drop Color down to 50.
