Magnolia is Best Buy's higher end home theater sister store. They have stand alone Magnolia stores in some states and started doing a "store within a store" design a couple of years ago in a lot of the Best Buy stores.
It's not just about the size. The Pioneer Elite Kuro's are pretty widely regarded as the best TV's available.
