Do need to use the Zone 2 outputs on my receiver? I got an Onkyo 606.

I'm also thinking if I should put the center speaker in front of the TV which would position it below the ears or hang it behind the TV (like 1ft) higher up.
Some people say at ear level while my manual says 60-100cm above it which I find a little much, so I probably gona go somewhere in between like position it around the top of my head.
Just stick the coax cable into either of the line inputs - or get a Y-splitter from radio shack so it fits into both. No big deal. The speaker outputs are another matter, you don't have to worry about that. You don't need to use Zone2 or anything.

I would say ear level or on the stand in front of the TV is fine, I'm not too fond of them being higher up.
