I have a Panasonic being delivered on Saturday. Given that I live in Southern California it won't be terribly cold but pretty cold.
Waiting a couple of hours will be rather difficult to do because if I am going to accept the TV i will need to plug it in and turn it on to make sure it operates properly before the delivery guys leave.
