I just bought a brand new Panasonic DMP-BD35k, that will play all 5-6 discs I bought with it, but won't load ST. Correspondance w/ the company got me nowhere- they said check the disc for smudges! A forum about this problem on Amazon gave me the answer, someone told me he couldn't play it either until he loaded a blank SD card into the players slot. I tried it, and now it plays fine! Weird!?! I wish Panasonic could have told me this!!!
