thanks for sharing that story with us. it's always comforting to hear good customer services still exists.

that's remarkable that BIC repaired, or sent you a new amp, free of charge.

i was this close to purchasing one for my condo over the summer, and spent quite some time with the Las Vegas dealer in figuring out how much he's charge me for shipping that monster. in the end, i decided against it, since i'm in a condo, and in fear of getting evicted.

well strongly consider them down the road though, given your story here.
