They have the individual figures for $8 each, as well. so you could pay $24.
The monster is different in the single pack, I don't know/can't tell about the kids.
edit/update: Previously I'd only seen others' photos of the single-carded Stranger Things figures. I was in a Target on Monday 11/6 that had the 3-packs and singles, and all the singles appear to be identical figures to the 3-packs, including the monster. My bad.
