Don't eliminate any vegatable features, but certainly standardize their preperation. If the Home Cooking Studios would just realize that lossy cooking results in veggies with poor color saturation and taste reproduction, and chose instead to follow what we veggie-philes know to be the proper way to master veggies for home eating, they could increase market penetration and open up the veggie format to the younger market.
And if they would just stay away from FE (Flavor Enhancement) and DNR (Dining Nuance Reduction), the world would be a happier place.
