Huh? If it's blowing the motor should be turning. The furnace lights a pilot then the blower kicks on. Sometimes the flame will go out but the blower will stay on, blowing cold air.
There is a flame sensor associated with the furnace. If you remove and clean it with some sandpaper, it may fix everything. It'll be a metal rod looking thing right near the front but pointing into where the flame would be.
