I'm so fed up with broken cases, it's beyond words. I just picked up Firefly on Blu-ray this morning and the damn thing has a broken tab. This is my 6th Blu-ray with some sort of a packaging mishap. I have over 300 DVDs and I had a broken tab in only one of them.

The elite cases are simply CRAP!! There's no way to sugar coat it. Worse are the 3 disc holders. The plastic is so flimsy that I'm afraid to pull the disc out of the case for fear that the tab will snap.

Blu-ray is gaining popularity now. I think it's about time someone took a serious look at this. Yes, you can go back to the store to exchange, etc... But for online orders, this is such a pain!
