I have heard some people like it with the light sensor on and others with it off. I think animations look better with it off and live action looks better with it on.

I am just asking if there is a perfect balance I could get between the two? Maybe my other settings are all wrong.

Here are my settings, any advice would be fantastic to improve them.

colour temp - warm 2
sharpness - 10
noise reduction - off
MPEG noise reduction - off
black correcter - off
adv. contrast enhancer - off
gamma - off
clear white - off
live coulur - off
