I dunno...32 inchers are the smallest I've seen. Right now I've got my ps3 hooked to a sony Bravia 32" 720P/1080i and it looks fantastic. But only because I connected them with an HDMI cable does it go to the max picture quality.

If you wait until after new-year or next christmas, expect prices to go waaaay down. Example: My Sony Bravia 32" 720P= $1,200.00 + HDMI= $50.00 And now $800.00 + $25.00 !!!! for same stuff!!

By way most ps3 games end with 720P (though ps3 will upscale to 1080i quality) and only a few support 1080P. Though for a couple hundred more, it may be more bang for your buck. I only buy sony when it comes to my home entertainment devices (exception of speakers) and so I suggest buying plasma over LCD.

I made mistake of buying LCD, and its only drawback is lessened image quality and contrast in bright rooms. WIth plasma the contrast is higher and the colors are richer and darker, but that may cost you more than an LCD. And that is true, the smaller you go (up to 32") it won't have any visual difference (720P & 1080P).
