Wrote back I was sick and tired, was not going to resubmit anything to them and was going to file a complaint to PayPal. The next day I got my money back.
So that's my experience. To not allow cancelling of an order placed ten minutes before and only refunding 15% return shipping, then ignoring what they promised with T2, I would not recommend them one bit.

Thanks Joe. Though I haven't ordered through them, I agree that's not good customer service in that situation, where they weren't able to let you cancel an order only 10 minutes later. I can imagine they'd say it was already prepared and sent out for delivery, which would seem very unlikely.
