I thought superman returns was like the Harry Potter Order of the Phoenix where only select scenes had you put on your glasses, in which case you would probably add the Harry Potter ones not released. It was one of the first modern 3D films I ever saw.

Edit: there's also one of those Disney ones never released with tinker bell, Pirate Fairies or something to that effect if I remember right. This one https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Pirate_Fairy
