It looks like Corel slipped in an update for WinDVD 9.0 Plus Blu-ray. Once the update is installed the version will be B14.

I did a quick checkout and notice there still is no BD-Live support however it now supports Windows Aero (when playing a blu-ray it used to revert the OS to Windows Basic until the WinDVD app was closed). Most likely the update also includes enhanced compatibility with newer titles.
