Still, it's a very curious thing to actually come out and say in public when most of the time people are gushing over DV left, right and centre. Perhaps it's not even a technical issue, perhaps they've been burned already over a DV grade not being what the creators intended (yes it can happen, even with ye almighty DV) and so they were able to change out the DV stream but a disc-based version would be fixed in place and would be expensive to do over. Then again the same applies to the HDR10 version as well, so....

Pixar though was rather gushy over Dolby Cinema before "Inside Out" came out theatrical, so I'm not sure why they think otherwise on the home video front.
