Not a night and day difference from the original blu-ray, which was practically perfect as is. But there is a noticeable increase in fine detail.
The HDR is very much subdued. Only moments with any real noticeable specular highlight detail are the interiors of the tunnels with the LED lights during the chase sequence. The lights at the end of the film during the climax. The overhead lights inside of the evidence room when Reacher is first given the opportunity to look at the evidence.
The color grading actually looks very much similar to the blu-ray.
However, one area that the UHD does feature a major improvement is the color temperature. The BD did feel overly warm at points, even making the skin tones look a tad too bronze. I’m happy to report that the UHD disc still features a warm color, but with a much welcomed, more natural approach.
I’m very happy with the disc.

Sounds good to me.
I never owned the regular Blu-ray so I'm looking forward in getting this.
