Will the Nyko Zero Controller's adapter that comes with it work with a Logitech Harmony remote?

I'm asking because I picked a few of these up during Black Friday that I know are IR Adapaters, but may not be compatible with Harmony remotes as I'm looking to pick one up and want it to be usable with my PS3.
