At first I thought it was an issue with littleBIG planet. It kept "glitch" like freezing, then eventually it got to where it would freeze and cause a restart.

I thought it was only that game but now fallout 3 is doing it too. It seriously freezes for over a minute before it finally does what I want it to do. Generally it's during shooting.

It's not hot to the touch, at all. And the fan isn't going too hard.

1) Why?
2) How do I stop it?
3) It's not messing the games up is it?
